Thanks!

The 11/27 benefit for Portland ABC raised enough funds to launch our first prisoner bus project!  Thanks to the Red & Black Cafe for the solidarity and support of our radical community and projects.  Thank you to  The New “Pioneer,”  for a singular and inspiring performance,  Thought Crime Collective, and Mic Crenshaw , for the good time and keeping us entertained throughout the evening .  Thanks also to everybody that came out and pitched in.  Finally, thanks to Tyler for having the type of mind that visualizes hauling prisoner’s families around in a bus!

Tar Sands Blockade Update

TAR SANDS BLOCKADE CONTINUES GOING STRONG
Over 40 days later the Tar Sand Blockade is still going strong. Following their October direct action camp over 50 blockaders entered the tree blockade with the goal of resupplying our friends in the trees with food and water. Two of the tree sitters were recently arrested after courageously resisting attempts to remove them for hours, including having their platform cut away by the police. These folks need your support! If you can get to Texas go help; if not, you can click below for other ways to help.

Join the blockadedonate or spread the word.
